About Polk County Court Docket

Polk County court information is spread across a shared local court-clerk office, two trial courts, a statewide case-information service, and a separate calendar. This private reference resource helps identify the official route for a case search, hearing question, docket entry, or court-record request. It does not hold court records or replace the clerk.

Why We Built This Site

Nebraska permits public access to court information within the limits of its court-access rules, but the correct route is easy to confuse. Jodie L. Roberts, Clerk Magistrate and Ex Officio Clerk of District Court, is the local court-record contact for both Polk County Court and Polk District Court. Nebraska JUSTICE is the statewide trial-court case-information service, while the Multi-Court Case Calendar is a separate setting tool. The general County Clerk/Register of Deeds is a different office and does not keep the court docket.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Nebraska court, clerk, or agency. Its limits are practical as well as legal:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting remains current at the moment of use

Only the court clerk or trial court that holds the case can issue an official or certified docket or court record. The source route points to that office; the official document must come from it.

Search Partners

Some pages include search boxes operated by third-party providers. Those providers set their own pricing and operate their own services. A paid signup through one of those tools can result in a referral fee. Polk County Court Docket does not control a provider's pricing, matching process, or results.
